Spring has sprung!

It hasn't seemed very spring-like the past few days, but it's offically spring now! That means, when the weather cooperates, we can get out of our house and get over our cabin fever! We have had an especially hard winter this year, so I know we are all excited that shorts and swimming is just around the corner! Alex is now a 2 year old, in every sense of the word. He is sweetness and smiling one minute and a demon child the next. We are really enjoying watching his vocabulary develop recently though. He seems to learn 10-20 new words per day! I've started trying to teach him to count, and he sort has 1,2,3 down, but then he goes on to 5,6and then 8,9. LOL. I guess 4 and 7 just don't exist for him! He still loves anything sports related and anything train related, but he's started to really pay attention to cars and trucks a lot too, especially when we're on the road. He really likes firetrucks. Amaya is also growing everyday. She rolls all over the place now and attempts to talk to us. We can tell she's definitely a girl, because she is always making some kind of noise! lol. Enjoy some of our pics of our visit home to Nana and Pap's and our cute kiddos!

When she smiles big, you can see her dimples!
